Do I have to pay anything online to book?
No. Booking with DTC never takes payment online. You request a quote or slot, we confirm the details and price with you, and payment is arranged directly once you're happy to go ahead.
How quickly can you book me in?
It depends on the service and how busy the studio is, but we'll always give you realistic availability when we reply. For time-sensitive work such as new-car protection, let us know and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Do you offer mobile detailing?
Yes, selected mobile detailing is available across Derby, Nottingham, Ilkeston and nearby areas. Some services such as paint correction, ceramic coating, PPF and wrapping are studio-only because they need controlled conditions.
What information should I include in my enquiry?
Let us know the vehicle make and model, its current condition, the service you're interested in and the result you want. Photos are really helpful if you can add them, especially for correction, protection or wrapping enquiries.
Can I visit the studio to discuss my vehicle?
Yes. You're welcome to visit us at Manners Industrial Estate, A1 Shipley Ct, Ilkeston DE7 8EF during opening hours. It's often easiest to give us a quick call first so we can make sure the right person is available to talk you through your options.
Do you work on daily drivers or only prestige cars?
Both. We work on daily drivers, family cars, work vehicles, vans, used cars, new cars, prestige and performance vehicles. The service is always chosen around the vehicle's condition and what you want to achieve.
Can I buy aftercare products from you?
Yes. Through our sister brand The Drivers HQ you can pick up car care products, wash equipment, accessories and aftercare to help maintain your vehicle after a DTC service.
Do you offer detailing training too?
We do. DTC runs hands-on detailing training courses covering safe washing, valeting, machine polishing, ceramic coatings and wet sanding. Get in touch and let us know which area you'd like to learn.
