Do I need experience before booking a detailing course?
No experience is needed for beginner courses such as the Safe Wash Introductory Course or Valeting Course. For advanced courses such as Machine Polishing Level 2 and Wet Sanding Level 2, previous experience is strongly recommended.
Are the courses hands-on?
Yes. Our training is practical and hands-on. You will learn in a real detailing studio using professional products, tools, machines and processes.
Are products and equipment provided?
Yes. Products and equipment are provided during the course. You will be able to use professional detailing products, tools, machines, pads and accessories as part of your training.
Do I get a certificate?
Certificates are available for selected courses. We will confirm what is included when you book your course.
Can beginners learn machine polishing?
Yes. Machine Polishing Level 1 is designed for beginners or people with limited polishing experience. It covers machine control, pad choice, polish choice, safe technique and basic paint enhancement.
Can I progress from Level 1 to Level 2?
Yes. Our course structure allows learners to progress from Safe Wash and Valeting through to Machine Polishing Level 1, Machine Polishing Level 2, Ceramic Coating, Wet Sanding Level 2 and HQ Accreditation.
Is the Wet Sanding Course suitable for beginners?
No. Wet sanding is an advanced process and is not suitable for complete beginners. We recommend having machine polishing experience before booking wet sanding training.
Can I learn ceramic coating application?
Yes. Our Ceramic Coating Course teaches preparation, application, levelling, curing awareness, high spot prevention and aftercare advice.
Are the courses suitable for business start-ups?
